Well now, this is pretty interesting. I am reminded of an early post in this blog regarding the wonderful Elizabeth Albrycht. In that post, 8/5/2004: “CorporatePR’s” Elizabeth Albrycht is not happy (nor would you be), you may recall that Elizabeth wished more news organizations would accept releases via RSS feeds.
Well Elizabeth, someone was listening. And, with the adoption of this service by the U.S. Department of State, perhaps more news organizations will buy into the RSS feed process.

Disclaimer: I had never heard this rumor. I am, quite obviously, late to the game. I am so truly skeptical about this.
