The Camp ASCCA interns have been doing a wonderful job creating a new site highlighting the therapeutic recreation activities at ASCCA, Alabama’s Special Camp for Children and Adults. MySpace is in trouble. They have been from the beginning, but didn’t fix the model. Now, News Corp. has to eat the costs of that problem. And, there are likely many more lawsuits – alone – coming their way.
I still “wonder if any actuarial tables already exist in C-suites and venture capital offices when the purchase or support of a social media site is being considered.” It would be nice to see that addressed in news coverage.

If someone writes about a client’s (or partner’s) programs or offerings, shouldn’t they divulge the relationship?
Here is one example from Romenesko where the “Baltimore Sun drops (G. Jefferson) Price’s column after ethics dispute.” This columnist was writing about a client’s activities and the relationship was not disclosed. The Sun dropped the column.
Now, knowing that, let us consider this. The two examples have similarities with the Sun’s problem.
