I must admit I've had a drink of the social media koolaid .. well maybe 3 or 4. But as I tell marketers and clients .. not all your customers or prospects are online all the time. MSM and traditional marketing tactics may still be critical to reaching your audience. Sure, social media, is an important component .. but .. of an *integrated marketing plan*.
